Fullsteam Management

Fullsteam Management, a company focusing on full-on artist management, wanted to have a new office space with bold attitude reflecting both the current Fullsteam as well as its future. We were happy to get involved in the process in the very beginning and helped first to find new premises and transformed them then to fit the various functions of the production house catering to demanding musicians.
 
The needed kick for the design was found through common discussions in the idea of “NeoPunk”, a unique interpretation of future of punk, which was visually in fresh contrast to the old building.
  
Multitasking management company had many special needs for their office. In the limited space of 600 m2 design solution was found in multiuse space design. In the case of Fullsteam one space can function as a performing stage, party venue for releasing parties and sign-up events as well as a creative meeting room. The importance of social media in music industry also required certain eye-candy design approach and keeping “instagrammability” in mind.  

In the center of the Fullsteam office stands the“Heart space”, a mix of coffeeshop and office space, which blends traditional space division between customer and employee spaces allowing more relaxed interaction and transparency. 

Integrated, high quality sound equipment and carefully studied acoustics are obviously crucial in a place designed for music professionals. Special attention was also given to the adaptable lighting that can be adjusted to create just the right kind of mood for any event or happening.
